Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the gbd3 website, mobile platform, casino games, sports betting services, and all related features (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and gbd3 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings on the same subject. gbd3 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after revised Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and use gbd3, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your ongoing use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. gbd3 does not permit minors to register or gamble under any circumstances. Age verification may be requested at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory proof will result in account suspension.
• You must reside in or be physically present in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is solely your responsibility to verify the legality of gambling in your location before registering.
• You must register using your own accurate and complete personal information. Using false, misleading, or third-party identity details is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account termination with forfeiture of all balances.
• You may only hold one active gbd3 account. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any bonus funds or winnings associated with them will be voided.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, officer, or close family member of gbd3 or any affiliated entity, game provider, or payment partner associated with the Platform.

Account Registration and Verification

To access betting, gaming, deposits, and withdrawals on gbd3, you must complete the registration process. The following obligations apply to all registered accounts:

• All information submitted at registration must be accurate, complete, and kept current. If your personal details change, contact support at [email protected] to update your account without delay.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. gbd3 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account. Notify support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity.
• gbd3 may require KYC identity verification at any time, including before processing any withdrawal request. Acceptable documents include a government-issued photo ID, proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC will suspend withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily fulfilled.
• Your gbd3 account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, pledge, or otherwise deal in your account, credits, bonuses, or winnings with any third party.
• gbd3 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being obligated to provide a reason.

You must not access gbd3 via a VPN, proxy server, or location-masking tool for the purpose of circumventing any geographic restriction, eligibility rule, or regulatory requirement applicable to your jurisdiction.

Deposits and Withdrawals

gbd3 supports deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh-based payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank and City Bank. The following rules govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500 unless otherwise specified in a particular promotion. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification level.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. gbd3 does not accept third-party deposits. If identified, the deposited amount will be returned to its source and the account placed under review.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit or to a verified payment method already linked to your account. Additional KYC documents may be required before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before an active bonus wagering requirement is met will be declined, or will result in forfeiture of the applicable bonus balance. Always complete all wagering requirements before initiating a withdrawal.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may vary by payment method. gbd3 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party processors, network issues, or public holidays in Bangladesh.

gbd3 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any transaction that appears unusual in value, frequency, or source. Accounts found to be involved in fraudulent financial activity will be permanently closed and all associated funds forfeited.

Bonuses and Promotions

gbd3 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed full account registration and, where required, identity verification. gbd3 may withhold or void a bonus if eligibility conditions are not satisfied.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each offer is stated in its individual bonus terms. Unless stated otherwise, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds may only be used for the game categories, betting markets, or game providers specified in the individual bonus offer. Using bonus funds outside the permitted scope may result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.
• Every bonus has an expiry period stated in its specific terms. Any unused bonus balance or unmet wagering requirement will be automatically voided upon expiry. gbd3 is not obligated to extend or reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
• gbd3 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses obtained through system exploitation, multi-account activity, or any form of bonus abuse will be voided and the account reviewed.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on gbd3. Specific rules for individual games and sports markets are available within the relevant game or market interface on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. gbd3 does not accept requests to cancel, void, or amend a confirmed bet, except in cases of a verified system error or where a market is voided by gbd3 in accordance with these Terms.
• gbd3 uses certified RNG systems for all casino games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The RTP percentage for each game is published by the relevant game provider and is not modified by gbd3.
• In the event of a system malfunction or technical error affecting a game round or bet outcome, gbd3 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the stake. gbd3 is not liable for losses where system logs do not confirm an interrupted state.
• Sports betting markets on gbd3 cover cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and other selected sports. Market availability, odds, and in-play options are subject to change without notice based on event status and data feed availability.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gbd3. Any confirmed involvement in prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the Platform in any manner not intended for genuine human players.
• Collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any coordinated betting activity designed to exploit the Platform, manipulate outcomes, or defraud gbd3 or other players.
• Registering multiple accounts under different names, phone numbers, or payment methods belonging to the same individual, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or using the Platform in any way that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime under Bangladeshi law or international standards.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software, games, or security systems.

gbd3 employs real-time fraud detection systems that continuously monitor Platform activity. Where prohibited activity is confirmed, the account will be closed with immediate effect, all funds forfeited, and no further appeal accepted.

Account Suspension and Termination

gbd3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility violations, prohibited activities, or failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder via the responsible gaming tools in the account dashboard or by contacting support directly.
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance requirement that necessitates restricting the account holder's access to the Platform.

Upon termination for cause (breach of Terms, fraud, or prohibited activity), all funds including real-money balance, bonus balance, and pending winnings will be forfeited. Upon voluntary closure or self-exclusion, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and amounts subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned via the player's last verified withdrawal method.

Responsible Gaming

gbd3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and is not a financial tool or a source of income. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via the account dashboard. Reduced limits take effect immediately; increased limits apply after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of gbd3.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gbd3 and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruption, even if gbd3 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

gbd3's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy and Data Protection

gbd3 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on gbd3, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. All data is stored using industry-standard security practices including SSL encryption and is not shared with third parties except as required to process payments, verify identity, or comply with applicable legal obligations.

Amendments to These Terms

gbd3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be accessible on this page with the effective date updated accordingly. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, gbd3 will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendment taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
